Class Descriptions

Body Blast

An intense and fun cardio and weight training class that torches calories and builds lean muscle. This class combines three workouts in one to give you top-to-bottom results QUICKLY! Sweat through 15-20 minutes of intense cardio, 15-20 minutes of strength training, and 15-20 minutes of challenging core work. Designed for all fitness levels from beginner to seasoned.
(Class time = 45 min. — 1 hour)

Kickboxing & Core

This class combines the elements of boxing and aerobics, which consists of different types of punching and kicking combinations executed without contact. A definite heart pumper! Plus 15 minutes packed with a variety of core exercises for those stubborn, hard to tone abs.
(Class time = 1 hour)

Total Body Pump

This no-nonsense class is specifically designed to create tight, lean muscles, by utilizing a weighted bar.  the class features specific music sets to help condition all muscle groups for the same amount of time and increase your metabolic rate for fat burning exercise.
(Class time = 45 minutes - 1 hour)    

The Morning Burn

Some people use coffee to wake up. Others endure The Morning Burn! This full body workout will turn you into a morning person in no time. Start the day off with kicks, lunges, squats, jumping jacks, core exercises, strength training with resistance bands and medicine balls, and much more. If you want an intense cardio workout that gets your heart rate up, then this class is for you!
(Class time = 45 min. — 1 hour)

Yoga

This class focuses on building strength and flexibility through a series of poses and coordinated breaths and increasing that flexibility with deep stretches across all muscle groups. Special emphasis is placed on moving into and out of postures safely, correct alignment, using the breath, and learning to quiet the chatter of the mind to find peace and inner stillness. This class is designed to suit all fitness levels, whether you are a beginner or are at the advanced level.

Zumba®

Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin and Hip Hop rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. Routines feature interval-training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.

BollyX

BollyX is a Bollywood inspired dance-fitness program that combines dynamic choreography with the hottest music from around the world.  The 50-minute cardio workout cycles between higher and lower intensity dance sequences to get you moving, sweating, and motivated all at the same time.
