Biography:

I have a lifelong passion for fitness and nutrition.  I was a collegiate athlete and studied kinesiology  and then moved on to coaching high school sports.  I’ve been teaching Total Body Pump and Yoga for over four years at Vibe.  I love getting to know the girls I teach and creating friendships with them.  I also enjoy working with them and seeing them improve and then challenging them to get better.  I have three married children and am proud that all are pursuing a healthy lifestyle.  I love fresh seafood and my favorite dessert is coconut cream pie!
