Biography:

I’ve been teaching fitness classes and doing personal training for 16 years and I currently teach The Morning Burn, Weight Room Boot Camp, and Body Pump.  I’m a big believer in group fitness, in fact, the first year I started taking group class I lost 80 pounds and I have kept it off to this day!  I love to workout, but mostly I love the people and it really makes me happy when they become committed to the same lifestyle as I am.  I’m a married mom of two boys, a local artist and my favorite dessert is anything with coconut!
