I have always played sports and loved fitness. I played volleyball, basketball, and ran track in high school and was even voted “biggest jock” my senior year. I have been a personal trainer for 5 years and have owned Vibe for 4 years. I’m also a L-2 Crossfit Trainer and competitor. I have a real passion for helping people reach their goals and fitness potential and I love working with women to help them get fitter, stronger and more self-confident! When I’m not busy training, I love hanging out with my husband Jim and our 3 daughters and 2 son-in-laws, taking care of our dogs and cats and donkeys, and mowing our yard. Also, I’ll admit to having a true weakness for birthday cake!
