Group Fitness Instructor
I have been practicing Yoga for 17 years and teaching for nearly 2 years. Here at Vibe I teach a vinyasa-style flow yoga. I love so many aspects of teaching yoga, but one of my favorites is witnessing someone finding a comfortable place in a posture- whether a simple one or difficult-but finding that place, being able to quiet the mind, and breath into the posture. I am married with a large, blended family of 7 kids, 2 dogs, and 7 grand-dogs,,,and potato chips are my nemesis! Namaste.
